Getting set up is simple, and our team will be with you every step of the way.
Step 1 — Tell us about your program
When you first reach out, let us know:
- Which platform(s) you're interested in: SCORING, CLASS, or EVENTS
- How many athletes are in your program
- Whether you host meets, manage classes, or both
This helps us match you to the right setup resources right away.
Step 2 — Get your training materials
We provide step-by-step PDF guides, video walkthroughs, and setup checklists tailored to each platform. Once you share your setup details, we'll send exactly what you need — no guesswork.
Step 3 — Schedule your Zoom onboarding session
Every new account includes a personalized Zoom training session with our team. We'll walk through setup at your pace, answer your questions, and make sure you're confident before you go live.
To schedule, reply to your welcome email or contact us at flipdesk@scoreflippers.com.
Step 4 — Go live with support behind you
Once you're set up, our support team is available through this Help Center during business hours. On meet days, you'll also have access to direct phone support.
