Running a Non-Sanctioned USAG Event in ScoreFlippers

If you are running a Non-Sanctioned USAG Event (in-house meet, fun meet, etc.), you can still use ScoreFlippers EVENTS. You just need to set it up using Open League within EVENTS. 

When to use this:

Use Open League in EVENTS when your event is:

• A USAG-style meet that is not sanctioned
• A fun meet / in-house meet
• Using custom divisions or a simplified format (not tied to USAG sanctioning requirements)

How to set it up:

Step 1: Go to EVENTS at scoreflippers.com 

Step 2: Click CREATE & MANAGE EVENTS

Step 3: Click LAUNCH AI EVENT SET UP

Step 4: Select Open League as the format/league option for the event. Continue building your meet information. 

Important notes

ScoreFlippers can run registration/scoring for non-sanctioned events, but the host is responsible for any insurance, waivers, and event rules.

We recommend clearly labeling the event as “Non-Sanctioned” in the event name/description to avoid confusion for gyms and families.
