If you’re collecting meet registrations in ScoreFlippers EVENTS, you can use that same registration data in ScoreFlippers SCORING, so you don’t have to re-enter athletes manually.
What this means?
When athletes register through EVENTS, those registrations can be brought into SCORING to help you build your meet roster faster and reduce duplicate entry by using the EVENTS to SCORING AI.

- Faster meet setup: move from registration to scoring more smoothly
When to use this
Use this when:
- You’re running registration in ScoreFlippers EVENTS
- You plan to score the meet in ScoreFlippers SCORING
When linking your EVENTS to SCORING, the EVENTS to SCORING AI will ask you your session size, division size, squad count, squad tolerance, and age range limit. This will allow the tool to create your sessions and divisions for you (this is editable). You can also use the EVENTS AI - Organize My Meet... tool, to create your sessions and divisions for you. Once your meet looks the way you would like it, click CREATE MEET WITH EVENTS AI SETTINGS or CREATE BASIC MEET - NO EVENTS AI.
There are tabs along the top to view different versions of the data.
