EVENTS Reports

From the Dashboard of your EVENT, you will see EVENTS REPORTS. Select the dropdown to find the report you need. Below is a brief overview of what you will find in the reports.

• Clothing: Athlete Leotard Report - this report gives you a breakdown of leotard sizes based on what size is entered into the athlete profile. (This report will only work if the athlete profile has been completed for each athlete.)
• Clothing: Athlete T-shirt Report - this report gives you a breakdown of tshirt sizes based on what size is entered into the athlete profile. (This report will only work if the athlete profile has been completed for each athlete.)
• Operations: Club Check In Report: see which clubs have checked in using the EVENTS checkin module
• Operations: Club Check-In's QR's: see which clubs have checked in using the EVENTS checkin QR codes
• Operations: Coaches Check-In Report: see which Coaches have checked in using the EVENTS checkin module
• Finance - Payment Summary: breakdown of invoices
• Meet Summary: Level Counts Per Club: breakdown of the number of kids of each level within each Club
• Purchases - EVENTS Extras Reports: if you set up an EVENTS extras for purchase, you can see the breakdown on this report. (this is part of Event Settings)
• Purchases - By Club Report: select a club and see everything that has been purchased by them, easy tool for lookups. 
• Registered Athletes: use the club drawdown to find registered athletes per club
• Registered Athletes - Event Details: same breakdown of athletes per club, but shows a line for each event including scratches
• Registered Athletes -  ProScore: file needed to import to ProScore
• Registered Clubs - breakdown of number of athletes and coaches
• Registered Coaches - breakdown of all coaches who registered for event
• Registered Teams - breakdown of all teams registered and paid for
• Scratched: Meet and Event scratches
• Seniors: List of athletes who will be graduating this year (only if Graduation year is entered into Athlete Profiles.)
• Stats - Where Athletes are From: breakdown of athletes by Country / State and by Region.
• Survey Results: If you set up a survey in the Admin Settings, you can find the results to that survey in this report.
• Updated Registration: See the change log of coaches who have updated levels.scratches, etc.
• Waiver Summary: If you required waivers to be signed for you events, you can see a breakdown of who and when signed the waiver.
