Creating EVENTS

Step 1: Log in at Scoreflippers.com and Login. create a free log in account. Click the 9 Dot Menu and click the EVENTS module.

Step 2: Click CREATE & MANAGE EVENTS.

Step 3: Click LAUNCH EVENT SETUP.

Step 4: Fill out the setup page:

• Select the League your meet will be hosting. (If you have multiple leagues competing, you will set these up as separate meets.
• Select the Host Club from the drop down.
• Select the Payment Processor (ScoreFlippers Processing or Stripe). - see information about both below. - If you select Stripe, there will be a pop up to setup or login to your Stripe account.
• Fill out event details. (For USAG make sure to enter your Sanction # and also choose ScoreFlippers on the USAG page as your registration system).

	ScoreFlippers Processing (through PaySimple) Payments are processed securely via ScoreFlippers payments processing starting at 2.2% for Credit Cards & 0% for ACH. Funds are collected securely, reconciled and transferred to the EVENTS host as requested per money rules.
	Stripe Processing Payments processed using EVENT host's Stripe accounts starting at 2.9% + $.30 per CC transaction & 1% for ACH. EVENTS host manages transactions via Stripe management interface Stripe manages deposits and settlement amounts.

Step 5: Click CREATE THIS EVENT.

Step 6: The next page will be your public page, you can click EDIT ADMIN and EVENT SETTINGS to finish setting up the details of your meet. Click here for more help on the EVENT SETTINGS page.
