How do I get a refund for an event I signed up for?

Refunds for scratched athletes in EVENTS need to be handled by the event host/meet director.

Even though registration payments are collected through ScoreFlippers’ payment system, we don’t process refunds on behalf of hosts because the host is the owner of the event and the refund decision. Keeping refunds host-managed protects everyone and keeps the event’s finances clean.
