How to Add Event Specialists

This step is to be completed after you have added all of the athletes to the meet.

Step 1: From within your Score Control page, find the ATHLETES TAB.

Step 2: Find the button SPECIALISTS. 

Step 3: Select the Club and the session from the drop down that the specialist you are looking for is in. 

• Check the box to the right of the names of the people who will be Specialists
• Adjust the level drop down to the level they will compete as a spcecialist.
• You can also adjust the Session, Division and Squad before you add them if you already know where they will be going.

Then click ADD.

Step 4: If you didn't move the specialists to the correct sessions, divisions, and squads in the last step, you will need to do this from MANAGE ATHLETES or BULK EDIT TOOLS.
