- Search bar: club search wording/functionality reviewed

We identified an issue where the search bar text indicates you can search for clubs, but results may only return athletes and meets/results.

What users should know: You can now search by club name in the search bar, and matching club results will appear in your search results.

- Account Access / Login

“Password has been reset” screen styling cleanup

We cleaned up the styling on the password reset confirmation page to ensure the header/footer and overall page layout match the rest of the ScoreFlippers experience.

ScoreFlippers CLASS

- Deposit Details report: ACH batches now included

We enhanced the Deposit Details report in CLASS to include ACH batches, making it easier to review deposits in one place.

What users should know: If you’re reconciling deposits and need to confirm ACH activity, you can now find it directly in the Deposit Details report.

- New receipt option: “Send Receipt Copy” (separate receipt email)

You can now add a separate email address to receive copies of CLASS service receipts.

Where to find it:

Gym side → Club Settings → Legal / Payment Methods → Club Payments for CLASS Services → Send Receipt Copy

What users should know: This helps gyms route receipts to the right person (bookkeeper, owner, admin team) without changing the primary account email.

- Account / Billing Experience

“View All Invoices” removed (all invoices are already listed)

We removed the View All Invoices function from the My Account → Financial page, since all invoices are already displayed and the button wasn’t providing additional value.

Websites / Forms

- Outdated NGA membership form link removed/updated

We removed/updated an outdated NGA athlete membership form PDF (for the 25–26 season) that was linked in the athlete area to prevent users from accessing the wrong season’s form.
