Athlete Eligibility / Scratch

Step 1: From inside your Scoring Control center, find the tab that says ATHLETES.

Step 2: On the menu on that page, find ELIGIBILITY

Step 3: Select a Session and a Club from the drop-downs.

Step 4: Scratch your athlete from the meet - Find your athlete on the list, look to the way right of that athlete and click the ORANGE SCRATCH button. This is how you scratch an athlete from the entire meet.

Scratch your athlete from specific events - Find your athlete on the list, Find the blue drop down with the letter "I" on it. When you select that drop down, you will get an "S" (scratch), "I" (include), and "E" (exclude).  You will change the dropdown to an "S" to scratch their particular event(s).

Here is what the other functions do on this screen:

**note: several of these functions will only be used at a State or Championship type of event.**

• Uncheck the AA Place box if that athlete can not place in AA
  • ex: the athlete qualified on all 4 events, but did not get a qualifying AA score.
    
• Uncheck the Event Placement box if they cannot quialify for an award in that event.
  • ex: the athlete qualified as an AA athlete, but did not get a qualifying score on a specific event(s).
• (I) Included = Athlete participates in Event and is INCLUDED in Team Score.
• (E) Excluded = Athlete participates in Event, but is EXCLUDED from Team Score
• (S) Scratch = Athlete NOT ELIGIBLE for Event
